3:00 pm doors open for Meet and Greet with Nevada Land Trust, Friends and Partners in the Exhibit Hall
3:30 pm theater doors open
4:00 pm film starts
5:30 pm (approx): Intermission with raffle prize drawing (every ticket includes a raffle ticket)
7:00 pm end of film festival

A variety of food and drink options will be available for purchase.
Raffle at intermission with exciting prizes from our partners and sponsors (one ticket included with festival entry)
Alcoholic beverages and craft brews courtesy of Silver Legacy and Reno's Schussboom Brewing Company.

All event proceeds support Nevada Land Trust efforts to protect and preserve Nevada’s wild spaces.

About the film festival:

The renowned BANFF Mountain Film Festival is a prestigious, traveling showcase of the best mountain films from the annual November festival in Canada. Reaching over 550 communities across 40+ countries, it features short films on mountain culture, extreme sports, remote landscapes, and environmental adventures.

About Nevada Land Trust:

Established in 1998, the Nevada Land Trust is a private, non-profit land trust dedicated to preserving and protecting Nevada’s open spaces and special places for future generations. As the state’s first “Nevada Born” land trust, they have protected over 70,000 acres to date through acquisition, facilitation, restoration, and partnership. The Banff Mountain Film Festival is the Nevada Land Trust’s largest annual fundraiser.

Opt-Out of Extra Fees (Crucial Step):
At the end of checkout, there are two optional fees. Here is how you can opt out of them:
Remove Processing Fees: On the final payment screen, look for the total purchase price at the top of the page. Directly below the cost is the processing fee. Click "Edit" and uncheck the box to remove the fee.

Remove Optional Tip:
This tip goes directly to Give Butter NOT to NLT. Givebutter is free because of optional tips. To skip this or change the tip amount, click on the percentage/amount next to "Tip Givebutter," select "Other," and enter $0 or your preferred tip.

Give Butter charges a nominal $1.13 processing fee per ticket. This is a huge savings from previous ticketing options that charged much higher fees, enabling NLT to earn more from this event. And while you can contact us for table sales, you can also purchase directly on Give Butter. At the end of checkout, you will be given an option to leave a “tip.” This is fully optional, and you can zero out the suggested amount if you do not wish to leave a tip.
